LADES (Leadership and Development Empowering Sisters)<\/h2>\n

LADES Program Provides tools and training for young woman to help them successfully transition to womanhood. The LADES program is a preventive and\/or intervention approach to empower young women with the knowledge, skills and abilities to transition successfully from adolescence into womanhood. The program collaborates with community and educational leaders, local business partners and government agencies and will provide life skills training and workshops focusing on health and wellness, educational attainment, financial literacy, social issues, volunteerism and self-esteem.<\/p>\n
