I am a nurse that has always been into fitness and working out. My weight has fluctuated my entire adulthood. I have always had problems with trying to lose weight and stay down in weight for years. I continued to try different diets but nothing worked like portion control. I started training for a powerlifting competition and decided to plate and weigh meals for myself and that’s when I noticed I was actually able to enjoy foods that I like and still able to lose and maintain my desired weight. I started posting my meals and peeked a lot of people interest because I wasn’t just eating bland chicken and broccoli. So I decided to take on a few clients and the reviews were insane. From people stating they lost 10 pounds in week to people stating I don’t even like spinach but yours is delicious and everything took off from there.
I always feel as those integrity is key when assisting God’s children to better themselves. I don’t take my ability to help my clients lightly. I am a stickler for their insight and I rely on their feedback to ensure they are getting what they paid and what was expected by me.
